DIY Magazine Rack

This was one of my first projects that I ever did. I had card board boxes from numerous deliveries and these magazines came from some subscriptions from Just Fab (we will definitely talk about the awesome deals on JustFab.com) and I needed a place to store them. Organization is the name of the game. So after browsing Pinterest, I saw this neat idea for file storage and decided- it would be able to be created at a larger size so that I can store magazines. Lets look at how I created this magazine storage with a paper compartment.

DIY White and Gold Night Stand

As I continue on my road of projects, one that I experimented with was a second hand night stand. I found it at the local thrift store and needed to store some of the extra items that I use for crafting. The color goes well with the color scheme in the dining area, even though I originally bought it for my bedroom. The great thing about white and gold, is that it will pair fine if I do move it into my bedroom. Well let's get into this project.

DIY Chalkboard

Here is a project that was created from a failed attempt at my DIY Dry Erase Paint Chip Calendar. I bought a frame and thought for sure a 16x20 would be big enough to create a paint chip calendar. I was wrong, but I bought the frame for super cheap from Wal-Mart and I knew that I would eventually use it; therefore, why take it back. Well, I did want a chalkboard and found this great post on Pinterest for making your own chalkboard paint from The Idea Room!

DIY Dry Erase Calendar

Two things about me: I love arts and crafts and I love organization. While browsing Pinterest, I came across an outstanding project that I wanted to recreate.

DIY Desk For Small Space

So I completed some projects and am very excited to share the results. This desk is my first time doing true DIY, so its very amateur, but they were done by me and that is my feeling of success. I need organization in my life, and I have to find ways to do this organization, and first I started with organizing a desk area for motivation. After looking at several pictures on the web, I thought about what items do I have that I can use to create this space. So, I have only completed the desk, as I am working on the accessories and other items for another DIY project.
